How long does it take for my custom order to arrive?
Can I make changes to my order?
Once production starts for custom gloves and bats, there are no changes allowed. Please make sure you revise every selection before submitting the order.
Can I exchange, return or get a refund on custom orders?
No refunds, exchanges or returns allowed on any custom order or stock bats. Customer will get a store credit, if Texi Power staff determines there was a manufacturer defect or an order mistake on our part. Order will be replaced at the discretion of Texi Power and will be dealt case by case.
What is the difference between the glove leathers?
Professional Power is kip leather tanned in Japan. The highest quality leather used for baseball gloves due to its tight grain which creates a strong and durable glove. Moreover, it is lighter than any other leather. Slightly stiffer glove used by professionals. Elite Power is premium steer-hide leather tanned in Japan. Top grade steer-hide leather which gives glove performance and durability. One of the top leathers used by professionals. Lastly, Prospect Power which is kip leather tanned in Korea. Light and durable with less break-in period. Recommended for amateur players.
How do I break-in my glove?
We recommend the old fashion way of playing lots of catch. Also, by placing a baseball/softball inside and wrapping it on the outside. Never use the microwave, steamer or stove as that can ruin the leather and its colors.
What is the difference between the glove models?
What is the difference between the Ash, Birch and Maple bats?
Maple is the hardest wood, durable with less flexibility at contact. Birch is a combination of Maple’s hardness and durability with Ash’s flexibility. Ash is more flexible at contact than Maple and Birch with a larger sweet spot with a slightly softer wood.

- Custom gloves can take 5-6 weeks.
- Custom bat orders can take 3-4 weeks.

- PRO-NP11 is a no palm overlap glove with a deep pocket and has a three panel back shell.
- PRO-AJ11FB is a conventional open back first base glove with a medium depth pocket.
- PRO-AJ11C is a conventional open back catcher glove with a medium depth pocket.
